Mark Morrison


Mark is a second generation professional in the tire business. He has a vast knowledge of the independent tire dealer business as well as a strong customer base.

Tom Hargrove


Tom is third generation in the automotive industry with many years experience of employment with Michelin Tire.

Jim Culpepper

Commercial Sales & Service manager

Jim was born and raised in Columbus Georgia. Jim has been selling Commercial truck tires and retreads for over 18 years. He has worked for several independent retread dealers including a Bandag dealer and MRT dealer.

Geary Underwood


Geary has over 42 years of retail experience, starting with AAFES 2 weeks tograduating from high school. He ran an AAFES tire and service center from 1991 to 1994. He then joined a retail tire chain for several years. Then he had the opportunity to join a Nissan dealership as service manager. Geary joined the Tires First team in 2003 as manager.

Wes Hargrove

Operations Manager and Director of Human Resources

After graduating from Auburn in 2004 with a degree in Business Logistics Wes came to work at Tires First.
He is now approaching his 10th year and has held several leadership positions in the company.
Wes has received several certifications with TIA (Tire Industry of America) and also received a certification as an instructor. Wes has also completed Bridgestone, Firestone retail management course, as well as several leadership courses in the Michelin Training Center ranging from commercial truck tires to retail development. In addition to his daily duties at Tires First, he also finds time to train for Ironman competitions and has recently been ranked in the top 1% in the world for his age group.

Brad Parker

Customer Service

Brad worked for AutoWares Wisconsin for 10 years as an Auto Parts specialist, and Store manager, He moved to Columbus in the Summer of 2009 and worked for Orielly Auto Parts for 2 years as a Store Manager. In May of 2011 he became the Service Manager of Pepboys. Brad has served as the Service Manager of Tires First since June of 2014.

Brad is ASE Certifications A4-Suspension and Steering, A5-Brakes, C1-Service Consultant, and P2-Parts Specialist.
He also holds the Section 609 Mobil Air Conditioning Certification and a member of the International automotive technicians network.

Brad enjoys spending his time as a volunteer coach in the Harris County Little League program.

Jay Horne

Service Manager

Jay's start in the automotive industry began at the age of 12 in his family's auto parts house in Phenix City where he learned the basics of business and the value of customer service. He moved to Olympia, WA in his early twenties working for a small parts chain that was eventually bought by O'Reilly's. Relocating back to Columbus, GA, Jay eventually met Wes Hargrove, Tom Hargrove, and Mark Morrison and became a member of their team.

Tim Worth (Big T)

Customer Service

Tim started in the tire business 42 years ago at the age of 13. He has worked for several large tire companies in the Columbus, GA area. Tim has completed Bridgestone, Firestone retail management courses and many courses with Goodyear. Tim also has several certifications with TIA (Tire Industry of America) and is also certified in most major tire brands.
